Dry eyes: Can be due to several reasons, as some medications, rare disorders ( e.g sjogren's syndrome) etc..floaters are different and may not be related. You are better off seen by an ophthalmologist, start with primary doctor for assessment and treatment and possible referral to an ophthalmologist, best wishes
