Stress Headaches: Stress is often cause of headaches, and a solution is managing the stress. A counselor may be help sort out what changes might take place to relieve stress and also ways of changing attitudes toward stress; i.e. worry and anxiety. Regular exercise and a healthy diet are both very helpful. Migraine is also caused by stress and may respond to medication and diet. See a neurologist or her MD.
