Hello! i think the eardrum perforation didnt healed cause i blowed my nose often and also i tried to get the air out of my ear by tightening my nose.... i didnt know i shouldnt. do you think its possible to heal after 4 weeks?

Self test: If you have a perf & smoke or can get a cigarette you can see smoke come out of your ear if you hold the smoke in your mouth & bear down. The healthier thing would be to have it looked at. Perforations in adults can heal if they are small & usually do so the first few days.
