Possibly was exposed to asbestos. im scared that there could be asbestos fibers spreading around my house & that i could get them in my vagina thru sex and get female reproductive cancers. could this happen??

No worries: No worries, beyond the normal amount of routine medical care for all women. Such asbestos toxicity "possibilities" generally do not happen in real life. One can discuss such issues with her primary care doctor at her annual preventive care visit, to see if such concerns need any attention.

Some basics: Asbestos fibers were found years ago to be associated with a particular form of lung cancer after they were inhaled over time. They have not been used in new construction in decades but may be found in old homes. Renovations without proper care could release fibers into the air. If they are intact/covered in old construction they are not a risk. They are not going to cause reproductive cancers.
