Decongestant: Try a nasal decongestant spray, preferably one with active ingredient oxymetazolilne (Afrin® is a common brand in some countries). Take along an NSAID (ibuprofen etc) or acetaminophen (maybe called paracetamol in your country) for pain control in case the decongestion doesn't work. Good luck and safe travels.
