Possible : hypoglycemia ( l0w blood sugar) especially if relieved with the ingestion of food Get your blood tested for low blood sugar and anemia

I was diagnose with GERD and GAD years ago. Recently my stomach had been burning with an elevated heart rate. It's much worst on an empty stomach. What could be causing the stomach burning along with an elevated heart rate?
Pain started at 9am similar to bad heart burn without the burning.from right stomach up to chin. Won't go away it's now 430pm?
