Epididymitis?: Painful enlarged testicles suggest epididymitis, a serious infection, especially with fever. At your age of 43, it probably means you have a urinary tract or prostate infection as well. Gonorrhea or chlamydia are possible if at risk for STD, but these cause epididymitis mostly in people under age 30-35. See a doctor immediately. Good luck!
