Good morning, i have been diagnosed with a severe infection in my intestines. the pain and nausea is getting progressively worse. i am taking my pills as prescribed- what more should i do?

Intestine infection : Your worsening symptoms can be the result of inflammation as a result of the bugs in the intestine dying as a result of the "pills". On the other hand, the "pills" may not be working. Another possibility is you may not have an infection. The best answer to your concern is to see your doctor.
