medical exam : including breast exam, blood testing and urine analysis plus HgbA1c are mandatory and I would suggest a breast ultrasound. Definitely do breast self examination and wear a good athletic bra. If not allergic, use NSAIDS such as Advil ( ibuprfen) OR Aleve ( naproxyn sodium) to relieve pain.
