i cannot sleep on my left side or turn on my right side. i must ask someone to turned me around on my left side. it very painful. if i walk its more painful on my left side. or keep my baby on my left side.

Abdominal pain: Top two possibilities would be either diverticulitis or kidney stone. You would be young but an aneurysm would be possible. IBS although benign can cause significant pain and be sudden onset. For that matter constipation can cause bad pain.
