Little or no risk: There has never been a scientifically proved case of HIV being transmitted mouth to penis, and only rare cases penis to mouth. Scratches on the penis make little or no difference. If you remain concerned, of course have an HIV test. But if oral sex is your only potential exposure, you definitely can expect a negative result.
