I had protected sex, got period 2 days later and bled for 3 weeks. i got a blood pregnancy test during the 2nd week of bleeding and it was negative. i've now missed my next period and it's been a week and now my breasts are very sore. am i pregnant?

Missed periods: Although pregnancy might not be possible as you had prolonged bleeding with negative test earlier. You can take another pregnancy test but even if negative, you must consult a physician as your menstrual cycle with prolonged bleeding and irregularity is a problem at your age.
