Hard to speculate: I know of no studies on this issue nor are they likely to be done. Funds for research are often limited to proving new therapies that can be sold, not investigating easily available materials. Humans do establish a normal biosphere or collection of healthy germs on their body surfaces as early as a few hours after birth. Over use of any such products may have unexpected side effects.
