Low risk: When the penis is withdrawn from a condom that remains in the rectum (or vagina), protection against HIV and other STDs probably is complete. You should be discussing HIV/STD status with partners before sex, even condom protected. You'd feel a lot better now if you knew your partner doesn't have HIV or, if so, is on treatment. You still need HIV testing from time to time, even if always protected.
