Is a innocent heart murmur considered systolic?

Not necessarily: Systolic/diastolic are terms that define the 2 main phases of the heart beat/pump cycle. Innocent is a label that conveys the idea it is not indicative of a "bad" process. While most common murmurs I find are systolic, there are some that are not.
