I had a respiratory infection about two weeks ago and finished my course of antibiotics.istill have chest pains and cough and feel dizzy at times.

Cough: Respiratory infections can be caused by various organisms. Also, respiratory infections cause irritation to the lining of the respiratory tract. If you improved from the antibiotic it could be the problem was bacterial and there is some residual irritation to respiratory lining. Possible that infection was viral to begin with and some viral processes can go on for a few weeks.
