"blood spots" ?: "Blood spots" on breast or other skin may be caused by nests of small capillaries (blood vessels) which look bright red. Persistence for seven years without progression may eliminate other more serious causes of "blood spots". Nests of small capillaries are benigh growths called hemangiomas, which are harmless, but check with your physician for an exam to be certain.
