Not likely: Even at 26 years of age, any masses or changes like this on the breast should be examined by a physician as you wouldn't want to miss a pre-cancer or cancer. A typical sebaceous cyst or a pimple is not going to leave a 'dip' as you describe, so i think you should have this examined by a doctor. Likely okay, but definitely get it checked out.
