How to be safe...: Should plan well ahead. Meet someone nice, date a while, get engaged, get married AFTER age 20, have stable jobs that provide health insurance (babies have many doctor visits), then stop birth control methods, start having sex once or twice a day during fertile days, and hopefully get pregnant. The fertile days are about days 10-15 in a 28-day regular cycle, but life can be full of surprises.
