I am on 50 mg of losartan in the afternoon my bp goes low like 90/58 can i take 25 mg in the morning and 25 mg at night instead of 50 mg in the morning?

Losartan: Losartan can be taken BID so that would be fine. You may want to try to take 50mg one day and 25mg the next and see how that works.
