Maybe: Lack of orgasm can be related to medications, technique and relationship issues. If you have never had orgasms, that is different than if you just don't now. Having more direct clitoral stimulation may help. If you continue to have problems, see your docotr.

Sexual dysfunction: If anorgasmia began after the implant, it may be the culprit. Relationship issues may cause sexual dysfunction. A history of sexual trauma may also cause current problems. Talk with your ob/gyn.
