On birth control patch for estrogen supplement. still have very low levels of estradiol (5.0), and estrone (11.8). patch was on for test. what could do this? did have normal periods for 6 yrs. could this be autoimmune? being treated for lupus too.

Couple of questions: Your primary problem of low estrogen could be related to an autoimmune issue. As to the low levels being persistent after a patch is applied that can be related to the product. Some people absorb a cream better or different patches. Talk to your provider about your options.
