Can one get anaphylaxis or upper airway constriction just from an inhaled allergen: latex, dust mites, mood etc? could it be potentially deadly?

It is possible : It is possible that you can get anaphylaxis from allergen reaction ,but I will still advise you to get checked by allergy specialist

Inhaled allergen : Anaphylaxis is extremely rare, ingested/injected allergens ate more prone to produce anaphylaxis in severely alkergic patients to that specific allergen e.g peanut or tree nut allergy . Agree with Dr Modi, you may need to see an alkergist for evaluation and treatment plan / prophylaxis. Good luck
