Treatment: I strongly recommend cognitive behavioral therapy as such chronic anxiety, if allowed to continue without relief, can lead to physical symptoms as well. This type of therapy teaches you to change your behavior and way of thinking and doesn't require prolonged courses of treatment. Ask your physician for a referral to a proper therapist.
