11w pregnancy ?'s: At a documented 11 w of pregnancy, "brown discharge" (oxidized blood) is unusual, and may represent inadequate progesterone production by the placenta after ovarian progesterone has ceased. See your OB physician , who may do an ultrasound exam, or suggest added progesterone temporarily.
