Low: Botulism is spread by spores growing bacteria in an anaerobic environment. So, your exposure to possible botulism in a way to cause infection very unlikely. Leptospirosis is exposure to organism, but particularly in a wet environment. Wading in wet water or soil one of the more common mechanisms.

Risks: Read more about reptiles & Leptospirosis at https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1995764517305035. Leptospirosis has been found in wild boa constrictors in North Brazil.
