More info needed: You don't provide enough information and it's best to see your physician who will take a complete history and system review, perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests. For frequent leg cramping relief you could try taking magnesium that your pharmacist can recommend.

Need dr. assessment: Meds may help, but first we need a diagnosis, which requires a visit to your doctor. If you wake with leg pain and cramps, you may have restless leg syndrome, but it could just as easily be dehydration or something else. For snoring, if it’s severe and especially if someone tells you you stop breathing while sleeping, it could be sleep apnea. But it could just as easily be harmless snoring.
