Probably no STD: "Small dots" doesn't sound like an STD, although you don't provide enough detail. Number? Color? Raised or flat? (Can you feel them, or only see them?) Soreness? The large majority of genital skin conditions are not STDs, and this probably is unrelated to your experiences with sex workers. Do you use condoms? You should be tested for HIV and common STDs, but the "dots" may not be abnormal.
