Diabetic neuropathy: Topical capsaicin, natural constituent of chili pepper, is the best studied natural substance for treatment of this condition. It is available otc as capsaicin cream & low-dose patch. It's also available by rx as a single application of a high-dose patch (8% capsaicin, qutenza, ), shown to have weak-moderate benefits in treatment of diabetic neuropathic pain. There are others, but less well studied.

Another one: Metanx is a Folic Acid derivative that has shown good response in patients with diabetic neuropathic pain. Overall, the goal is to get you as much relief as possible from your symptoms. Do not concentrate so much on what is herbal or natural but what has been shown to provide the best relief of your symptoms. Being in pain simply for the sake of saying you use "natural" things is not reasonable.
