12yo bleeding ?'s: At "12 years old" , a permanent cycle for regular menstrual activity may not be firmly established, and bleeding may be irregular. Make certain, however, that there has been no sexual activity, as pregnancy may also present with abnormal bleeding. If there is a question, get a serum HCG test to make certain.
