What causes pain in the inner elbow as well as back of the kness?

Pain: Knee pain and elbow pain would be classified as a type of polyarthalgia. Causes of this could be simple activity, but could be associated with some viral syndrome or other infection or possibly possible some type of rheumatic or autoimmune condition.
