Pain with sex ?'s: With "deep penetration" in certain positions, and the cervix is contacted by the erect penis, pain can result, but usually this is unrelated to medical problems, if only occurring with a particular position. If persistent, see your gyn who may order an ultrasound to see if the pain may come from an ovarian cyst or other pathology.
