A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your PCP: Without the Hx of location of abd. pain, the D/Dx widens: So I will limit my answer to below, When to go to the ER with abd. pain. Accompanied high fever. Accompanied repeated vomiting. Accompanied by other serious or unusual symptoms, such as difficulty breathing or change in behavior. Severe or prolonged (lasting 24 or more hours) Localized to one particular area You need to be seen by ER/PCP
