Urinalysis needed: Due to the development of antibiotic resistant strains of bacteria it has become a dangerous practice to blindly prescribe antibiotics without a lab test to confirm a bacterial infection. I therefore strongly encourage you to take your daughter to an Urgent Care Center or Emergency Room as quickly as possible for an exam & urinalysis. The sooner she is properly diagnosed & treated the better!
