See below : Hi. The measurements are in accordance with age and subjacent pathologies . However creatinin/24hrs clearance should be measured to calculate renal damage. Yes hypertension and diabetes cause vascular damage on kidneys... among other organs. It’s important to get treatment and follow it. You should have regular check up’ with your your endocrinologist or family doctor.
