Not anyone.: In medicine we never speak about being totally "immune" to any disease. However, blood group O has been associated with lesser risk of myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, venous thromboembolism, cerebral venous thrombosis, chronic hepatitis B, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and falciparum malaria, compared to other groups.
