Chlamydia: Theoretically it only colonizes the urethra, this means almost all the length of your penis. In men most Chlamydia urethritis are asymptomatic, this mean you can't notice it. So if you think you have it, visit your physician and get treated for Chlamydia and also for gonorrhea as they usually infect together. I hope this helps, have a nice day.
