Recently ive been getting sharp shooting pain in lower back only in r side when trying to stand. takes my breath away becoming more frequent what coukd it be?

Arthrosis: Theres is several reasons that could be causing this pain. One common possibility is arthrosis of the spine, this mean normal degeneration of the bones and joints that starts compressing the nerves around and causing the pain. There's no way t know the cause without a thorough evaluation. strongly recommend to visit your primary care provider.
