Not really : Vegetables are always good. But excess of everything is bad ,it can cause more nausea and vomiting not ibs

Maybe: It depends on the vegetables & the persons system. Some of us have food intolerance that are specific to some foods/not others & these may show up as a variety of digestive systems.
