No: Symptoms of endocarditis are the same throughout the day, but the sweating occurs mostly at night. This symptoms you are talking about are concerning for several chronic diseases, but they all are treatable. I strongly recommend you to go to your primary care physician and have those symptoms checked.

Cardiac: Often endocarditis can be associated with a degree of pericarditis. This typically will be worse at night in the recumbent position. Endocarditis is an inflammatory or infectious process and typically night time is associated with more fever and discomfort.
