Switch : Your physician should change to another nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, or a combination to reduce the risk of worsening the renal function. remember all drugs have side effects and adverse reactions but in the setting of chronic kidney disease, the optimal anti-inflammatory drugs are the ones that don't damage the kidneys and adjust the dose to the optimal effect.
