Started taking pep after 2 full weeks. i recently went to get test with a prick test and the result was negative after 4 weeks of the exposure. is it conclusive that i am negative because i started taking the pep late?

PEP: https://www.cochranelibrary.com/cdsr/doi/10.1002/14651858.CD002835.pub3/abstract This is link to Post exposure prophylaxis. In general if you are negative at 4 weeks you are generally safe. Although the CDC still recommends HIV testing up to 6 months to guarantee no conversion.
