Back pain: Stay as active as possible: physical therapy, exercise and regular stretching exercises. A nerve stimulator may help or consider biostimulator therapy.

Exercise Abdomen : The most important intervention in order to slow progression of back pain due to surgery is to exercise the abdomen as well, as the back muscles. The best exercise you can make is swimming or some aquatic non contact sport.
