can nose piercings cause headaches?

Possibly: If there is congestion which backs up into the nasal passages, headaches may occur. However, if the nasal structures feel and appear normal, I would look for other causes of headache. Your physician or a neurologist can evaluate and advise you if you experience frequent headaches.
