Bleeding ?'s: Cramping and heavy periods after a sterilization may occur if your birth control method prior to the procedure was oral bcp's. Other abnormalities such as fibroids, uterine polyps , etc., can cause this , so ask your gyn physician for an exam and pelvic ultrasound to evaluate the cause.
