Stomach pain : Stomach pain is usually left upper abdominal or in the center of the upper abdomen. Most of the time two days of new stomach pain is from gastritis from alcohol use, ibuprofen use or eating spoiled food. Most of the time it resolves in a few days. You should see your doctor for a more definitive answer.
