No.: CSF is 98% water and contains nothing caustic or dangerous. CSF mixes into the bloodstream in surgery all the time. In fact, CSF circulates and is reabsorbed into the venous system in the normal situation. In addition, one treatment of hydrocephalus is to divert CSF into the heart, where it mixes with the blood. There is no problem with the situation you describe.
