Provera ?'s: Taking Provera will cause withdrawal bleeding within usually 5-10 days after stopping, but only if sufficient estrogen has been produced by your ovaries to cause a thickened endometrium (lining of the uterus). There are other factors involved with the answer to your question but need more information (overweight, PCOS, possible pregnancy, etc.).
