I've recently been diagnosed with extra pulmonary tb, i am in denial as i have not been experiencing any symptoms besides stomach pains for months and occasional breathing pains under my ribs all on my right side.

What's the question?: You get the most from this site when you provide a clear related question after your basic information. A question mark after statements does not qualify. If the issue is can you have TB with no related symptoms, the answer is yes. Most will be in the early stages as the germ is one of the slowest growing/replicating ones to infect humans.
