Blocked ears: Blocked ears can be caused by nasal congestion or ear wax in the ear canals. Middle ear infection and fluid in the middle ear are other possibilities. It's best to be examined by a physician to get a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Don't try to irrigate your ears without knowing what's going on, , but if you're having nasal congestion, you could try using a nasal decongestant spray.
